Formal complaints should (wherever possible) be made

in writing using the Complaint Form from the office or

can be downloaded from the website. Alternatively,

you can send a letter to the manager clearly stating that

they wish to make a complaint.

Complaints may also be made verbally and should be

recorded and would be acted upon as if they were

written.

Anonymous complaint are also welcome.
