Sima Perfect Care provides high quality home-based healthcare services for people that have significant health conditions, long-term illnesses or disabilities. These services ensure that our clients are able to live in their own homes with the greatest possible degree of independence.
We work in partnership with our clients’, doctors, nurses and other advisers to ensure that our care is tailored to the very specific needs of the individual. We work extensively with clinical commissioning groups, local authorities and the wider NHS as well as with private individuals and independent case managers.
