All our staff hold Enhanced DBS Certificates. This ensures we meet all regulatory and legal requirements in the hiring of staff for the care sector. Most of our staff have a minimum of 5 year experience in the care industry, with the majority holding at least NVQ Level 2 qualifications. All staff are up to-date with Mandatory Training courses and hold, where necessary, MPVA, MVA and MAPA certifications.
